  I gave this 5 stars because that is all I could give. The entire property is very well maintained. There are paths all through the woods of the property so renting the golf cart is an absolute must, both for exploring and the distance. These aren’t small little neighborhood trails. They are secluded, nature only cleared out enough to get a golf cart through. This is an awesome compliment to staying here. I went with an old college friend but we saw a couple of different families as well. This is truly a place to get away. No problem getting civilian vehicles in and out of the woods after checkin. Like I said, this property is well maintained and genuinely cared for. Our cabin, Hart’s Landing, sat on the side of a hill above a creek bed in total seclusion. Absolutely beautiful and silent at night. Cabin was clean and completely outfitted with anything you could possibly need. I fell in love with Stag Leap the second I turned off of the highway and I know you will too! I cannot wait to go back again.
